HCA – healthcare assistant / support worker £9.80 – £10 per hour

As a Health Care Assistant You’ll be responsible for caring for people with a wide range of needs. This role will require you to use your management skills to ensure a high level of quality care is being delivered. We are looking for someone who is customer focused, committed to delivering exceptional, high quality care and has a strong attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have:

·         A current DBS

·         Ability to work under pressure and use Initiative

·         Have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a Carer Support role

·         Understands the importance following clinical guidelines and safe working practices

·         Up to date certificates/qualifications such as Fist Aid, Health & Safety Etc

RGN – Registered Nurse £18 – £21.85 per hour

Assess all aspects of client’s care needs and provide health supervision and direct Nursing Care when required.

Assess social and health care needs of new clients and maintain on-going assessment and review of all other Clients.

Ensure that Client care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and company policy.

Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the company’s procedure and NMC guidelines.

Practice maximum integrity in all dealings with Clients personal and financial affairs and avoid abuse of the privileged relationship which exists clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • NMC Pin
  • 1 Years nursing experience
  • Ideally experience in a nursing home
  • friendly hard working attitude

RMN – Registered mental health Nurse £18 – £21.85 per hour

The successful RMN will be confident in assessing a variety of acute and complex mental health issues as well as collaboratively planning and implementing treatment. You’ll be familiar with multi-agency working and have a clear understanding of the importance of family involvement. We are looking for a highly skilled communicator who can relate to children and involves them in all aspects of their care. You’ll have worked in a least-restrictive environment. We support young people with a range of mental health issues including psychosis, depression and eating disorders plus many more.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • You will be a registered nurse RMN/RNLD/RGN and will have a valid NMC pin.
